Registration fee and Young registration fee include:
- admission to plenary lectures, symposia, posters sessions, exhibition and industry-sponsored workshops;
- possibility to submit abstracts;
- congress bag;
- certificate of attendance;
- coffee breaks;
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party (Wednesday, 10 October, 2012).
Registration fee for accompanying person includes:
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party (Wednesday, 10 October, 2012);
- free admittance to the poster and exhibition area;
- coffee breaks.

Remittance
Registration fees shall be paid by CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER or ON SITE.
Only the following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard Worldwide and Visa International.
The registering participant is liable to pay all necessary taxes connected to this transaction.
Credit card payment:
There are two options for payment of registration fee by credit card. Upon registration, participants will receive e-mail confirmation of registration. The e-mail message will contain instructions for:
1. Immediate credit card payment by clicking the offered link,
2. Later credit card payment by going to My profile on the Congress website.

The amount to be paid in HRK should equal the amount in EUR according to the mean exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of the payment.
If paying by BANK TRANSFER, a copy of the transfer receipt must be scanned and sent by e-mail to info@dubrovnik2012.com or by fax to +385 1 4828 133. Be sure to indicate the Registration number on the receipt.
Registration without proof of payment cannot be accepted.
On site payment instructions:
ON SITE registrations will be paid by:
- cash - Croatian kunas (HRK); or
- credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro card).
Upon registration, participants will receive automatic e-mail confirmation of their registration. Please be sure that your e-mail address is filled in correctly.
Important! If you do not receive an automated e-mail notification within 24-hours, please contact Congress Secretariat at info@dubrovnik2012.com.
Because only those registered for the conference will be allowed to attend the scientific session, the Organizing Committee kindly requests that participants show proof of payment when checking in at the registration desk.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to the Organizing Secretariat at info@dubrovnik2012.com.
Until 1 October 2012 a refund of 50% of the fee will be provided.
After 1 October 2012 no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will be provided after the congress.
Cancellation of the Congress
The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the Congress, shift venue, or change the dates without notice, in case of force majeure.
The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any damage claims.
Currency
Only payments by bank transfer can be done in EUR.
On site payment: The amount to be paid in HRK equals the amount in EUR according to the mean exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of the payment.
Payment by credit card: displayed amount in EUR will be converted to amount in Croatian kunas according to the mean exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of the payment.
All cash payments can only be done in Croatian kunas (HRK).
